Environmental Policy

Strive Higher recognises the harmful effects its operations may on both the local and global environment and is committed to reducing them.  We do so in the following ways:

Compliance 

We will comply with all relevant environmental legislation.

Digital by default

We have no physical office. This was a conscious decision to help reduce our overall carbon footprint and this will not change. We do not print materials and we responsibly recycle business equipment.

Travel 

As a business, our largest and only measurable impact is travel – so this is our main focus. We minimise train, taxi and own-car use by choosing other more efficient and environmentally sound ways of travelling, and/or remote working wherever feasible.

Waste  

We minimise waste by ensuring our communications are paperless and actively promote recycling.     

​

Procurement 

We consider our suppliers’ environmental credentials when making procurement decisions.   

We purchase recyclable or re-furbished products and materials where these alternatives are available, economical and suitable.

Impact 

We consider environmental concerns and impacts in all our decision-making and when making recommendations to our clients. 

We promote environmental awareness among our employees and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner.

Continuous improvement  

We strive to continually improve our environmental performance and periodically review our environmental policy with our team in light of our current and planned future activities.
